As a one-chair Bro's Barber Shop, our revenue solely relies on the barber services we provide to our clients. We aim to provide a gentlemanly experience and will treat you accordingly. In return, we expect our clients, as gentlemen, to make every effort to keep their scheduled appointments. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation or rescheduling, but we have established the following policies to ensure efficient and effective accommodation for all our valued clients, considering the limited number of available appointments.
Cancellations
At Bro's Barber Shop, we prioritize meeting all your needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, simply inform us. However, please note that if the notification is received less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, an administration fee will be charged, and we cannot guarantee availability for a new appointment. Late Arivals
We acknowledge that your schedule can be demanding, and you might encounter situations where you're running late. In such cases, we kindly request that you give us a call to inform us. However, if you exceed a 15-minute delay, your appointment may be reopened or assigned to another client. If we still accommodate your appointment, we might not be able to provide the complete service originally booked.
